How we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Rank Engines Media ("Rank Engines Media", "we", "us" or "our") provides guest posting, niche edits, content writing, outreach, link building strategy and digital PR services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, create an account, contact us or order our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website or services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, company and the details of your message when you use our contact form; your name, email address and password when you create a customer account; your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; and the websites, services, target pages, anchor texts and content you share with us when you order.

Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. If website analytics is enabled, this information may be collected through analytics cookies (see section 5).

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we do not collect payment card numbers on this website.

2. How we use your information

To provide and manage our services: creating and securing your account, confirming your email address, preparing quotes, carrying out orders and reporting on placements.

To communicate with you: answering your messages, sending service and account emails, and — only if you subscribed — sending our newsletter. Every newsletter includes a link to unsubscribe.

To keep our website safe and working: preventing abuse and fraud, limiting repeated requests, fixing errors and improving our pages and services.

To meet legal obligations: keeping records we are required to keep and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with: service providers who help us run the website and our business (for example hosting, email delivery and analytics), who may use it only on our instructions; publishers and writers we work with, limited to what they need to complete your order (such as your target URL, anchor text and content — not your account details); and authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

If our business is reorganised, sold or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, under this Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in to your customer account. Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) until you clear it.

If we enable website analytics or tag management (such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager), those services may set cookies to help us understand how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work, but you may need to sign in again.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above: account information while your account is open; order and invoice records for as long as accounting and tax rules require; contact messages for as long as needed to answer and follow up; and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if something goes wrong.

8. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to make sure it remains protected in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any newsletter.

To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes, we will tell you through the website or by email.

12. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at editor@rankenginesmedia.com or write to us at: Rank Engines Media, Jaber Al Ahmed City, Block 5, Street 532, House 837, Murgab, Kuwait.
